Our Birthing Journey consists of 12 sessions of 4 hours once a week, which will equip you with:

Journey Details:
  • Tuesdays: 18H30 to 22H30
  • Cost: R 3300.00
  • A 50% deposit is required with booking to secure your place
  • Balance is payable over duration of Journey

Week 1:
  • Diet and weight gain in pregnancy
  • Smoking, drugs, alcohol and caffeine in pregnancy

  • Basic Female anatomy / pregnancy / term of pregnancy
